May 2017 Meeting

Well, the end of the year is almost here and I hope you will be able to make it to our last MAIS-TEC meeting of the year this Friday.

Here are the details for this week’s meeting:

Where: St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School

· 2100 N. Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN 38016

· Park along the tree line on the north side of the school. If you enter from Germantown Pkwy., parking spaces will be on your left. If you enter from Chimneyrock, drive around the front of the school to get to the tree line.

· Enter through the door by the flagpole. You will need your driver's license to sign in and get a name tag.

Date: Friday, May 5, 2017

Time: 9:00 a.m. – Come for food and fellowship starting at 8:30 a.m.

What: Approve March minutes, vote on 2017-2018 Officers, discuss any field trip ideas for next year, and decide if we want to get together for an end of the year social.

There are also some fun door prizes for May as well as some larger door prizes for anyone to win – even if you have won a door prize in a previous meeting this year.
